For all events, please be sure to check the event page for specific ticketing information.

Free Events

Many of the events that SEE puts on are free and don't require tickets. Admittance for these events are on a first come, first serve basis.

However, some of our free events will be ticketed in advance. For these events, tickets can be picked up from the Stamp Ticket Office prior to the start of the event.

Paid Events

Tickets for paid events can be purchased at both the Stamp Ticket Office and online from www.UMDTickets.com.

UMCP IDs

When purchasing tickets that require a University of Maryland - College Park (UMCP) ID (students/faculty/staff), you will need to bring your ID both when purchasing the tickets and to the event itself, along with your ticket. Please note that not all events require a UMCP ID.

General Public

Many SEE events are open to the general public. For these events, no ID is required for general public attendees. Please note that some events require general public attendees to be escorted by a member of the UMCP community.

Stamp Ticket Office

The Stamp Ticket Office is located on the Ground Floor of the Adele H. Stamp Student Union - Center for Campus Life, next to the Hoff Theater. Student Entertainment Events is responsible for concerts, comedy, performing arts, movies, special events, lectures and more at the University of Maryland. Student Entertainment Events, or SEE, is comprised of a group of selected undergraduate students who work alongside a handful of advisors, as well as specific groups of students, in the creation, promotion, and operation of campus events. read more...

Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at SEE? From researching possible performers, to promoting all of our events, to setting up the stage the day of a performance, it takes a lot of work to bring such diverse programming to the University. These events are only possible thanks to the hard work of our twenty-two student directors, and now they want to share what this experience is like with you! Check out the brand new SEE Blog for weekly updates from our wonderful directors here.

Student Entertainment Events offers a great variety of movies every semester. In the past, we have brought movies from all sorts of genres to campus, such as comedies, dramas, action movies, and even documentaries. We also host many cinema related events such as film series and festivals. For example, last semester we brought the world's largest student film festival, Campus Movie Fest, to campus.

The SEE Review Board offers co-sponsorship opportunities to student groups registered with the Office of Campus Programs. The goals of this program are to promote diversity within event programming and to provide programmatic and/or financial support for groups needing assistance.
